About the Scholarship
Edwina Eustis Dick Scholarship for Music Interns is accredited by the American Music Therapy Association. American Music Therapy Association aims at giving awareness to the public and its benefits of music therapy and helps to increase access to quality music therapy services.
This scholarship was started by Mrs. Edwina Eustis Dick, their mission in providing funds to establish this grant program for music therapy interns.
What are the basic requirements needed to apply for this scholarship?
The students applying for this scholarship grant must submit their FAFSA application to receive this award.
Students must submit a list of personal, community, and college activities
An unofficial copy of his/her college transcript.
Three letters of recommendation, one each from a music therapy professor.
Must proceed with Documentation of participation in AMTA, conferences, AMTAS, committees, presentations, publications.

This scholarship provides $500 annually which is non-renewable.
A total of 2 awards are offered by this scholarship every year.
The applicants must submit their scholarship application and other required application by the end of February 08, 2020. Applications and other required information are available on the American Music Therapy Association website.
Applicants must be music therapy interns.
Applicants must be current student members of AMTA in the year in which they apply and the year in which the award is granted.
