About the Scholarship

This award is available for U.S. high school students who plan to graduate from a Florida high school that they have attended for at least one semester. Students must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher, and a minimum test score on the SAT (600 math, 500 verbal) or the ACT (26 math, 21 English). Students must also enroll in an engineering program accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a high school senior at time of application. Must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Must attain a minimum test score on the SAT (600 math, 500 verbal) or the ACT (26 math, 21 English). The scores are used only as a minimum threshold level, and are otherwise not used in the selection process.
