This award is for U.S. high school graduates who are single parents with near poverty-level income. The applicant must be a resident of Carroll County, AR, Madison County, AR, or Washington County, AR, and must have received or be in the process of applying for a Pell Grant. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of Carroll County, Madison County, or Washington County in Arkansas. Must be the head of the household. Must be single. Must have one or more children. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a low-income person living at or near the poverty level. Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent to apply for this undergraduate award. Must be pursuing a vocational-oriented course of study to ensure a better standard of living for his/her family.
