The Frank the Tank Scholarship is provided for cancer survivors who are enrolled at or planning to enroll at California State University, Fullerton. Application requirements for the Frank the Tank Scholarship are:Application form Official Transcript Recommendation letter Copy of prior year tax return Confirmation of cancer diagnosis
Eligibility Criteria
Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program. This award is for U.S. students and international students studying in the U.S. Must be a cancer patient or survivor.
