About the Scholarship
This scholarship is open to high school seniors and community college transfer students who reside in qualifying North Carolina counties and plan to attend a participating four-year North Carolina institution. All applicants must demonstrate financial need; grade point average will also be considered in the selection process. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be a high school senior or community college transfer student. Must reside in a qualifying North Carolina county.
