About the Scholarship
This award is for students who were in the foster care system in San Diego, California. Students must be between 17 and 23 years of age, and have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. Eligibility Criteria
Must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. Must enroll full time in at least 12 units of course work. Must be between the ages of 17 and 23. Must have been in the foster care system in San Diego, California. Must have been a foster child.
