About the Scholarship

This award is available for U.S. undergraduate and/or graduate students who have graduated from a high school located in San Mateo County or Santa Clara County and are residents of California. Students have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher and demonstrate community involvement over a period of several years. Application requirements for the Hazel Reed Baumeister Scholarship Program are:Application form Recommendation letter (2) Personal statement Official Transcript FAFSA Proof of U.S. citizenship

Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must enroll full time at an accredited college or university. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Must attend or have graduated from a high school located in San Mateo County or Santa Clara County. Must demonstrate community involvement over a period of several years. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a resident of California.
