About the Scholarship

This scholarship is available for U.S. graduate students who are majoring in a field related to transportation. Applicants must be female, must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and must reside in Oregon and southwest Washington. Application requirements for the Helene M. Eligibility Criteria

Must attend a college in Oregon, or must have graduated from a high school in Oregon. Must be female. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. Must be a graduate student at the time of application. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must be majoring in transportation or a related field.
