About the Scholarship

Residents of Texas's 26 northernmost counties who are graduating high school seniors or older are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and major in engineering or environmental science. This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be a graduating high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate award.
