The Hispanic Development Fund Scholarship Program is available for graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students in the Greater Kansas City metro area (defined as Clay, Jackson, Platte, Johnson and Wyandotte counties). This award is for U.S. students. Must be of Hispanic heritage. Must be a graduating high school senior or undergraduate student.
