This award is for Delaware high school seniors with a grade point average of 2.0 or higher demonstrating critical financial need are eligible for this award. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. Must be a resident of Delaware. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must demonstrate a critical financial need. $55,000 or less adjusted gross income per family is preferred; a written explanation must be provided if income is higher. Must attend high school in Delaware. Must be enrolled as a high school senior, progressing normally toward graduation, and planning to enter college no later than the fall semester following graduation.
