About the Scholarship

College seniors or graduate students who are residents of Illinois currently enrolled in an accounting program at an Illinois institution with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher are eligible to apply for this award. Students must complete an equivalent of four years of education by Aug. 31, and plan to take additional courses in the following year in order to meet the requirements to sit for the CPA examination in Illinois. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must major in accounting. The applicant must not yet be a CPA but plan to sit for the exam within three years. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be a resident of Illinois. Must be enrolled in an Illinois college or university. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
