The Janice Mosby Scholarship Fund is available for students over the age of 23 in the St. Louis metropolitan area who are enrolling in college for the first time or returning after an extended absence from school. Must be 23 years of age or older. Must be a first-time undergraduate student, or be returning after an absence from school. Must attend a college or university in the St. Louis metro area.
