About the Scholarship

This scholarship is available for high school seniors who are 4-H members and residents of the Western District of North Carolina. The student must be planning to attend an institution in North Carolina, and his/her family must be a member of their county farm bureau. Application requirements for the John C. and Cathy H. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a member of 4-H. Must be a high school senior at time of application. Must plan to enroll full time. Must reside in the Western District of North Carolina. A listing of eligible counties is available online at www.ces.ncsu.edu/local-county-center/ . Must plan to attend an accredited institution of higher learning in North Carolina.
