Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a high school senior at time of application. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must be a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours). Must be a resident of Kanawha County in West Virginia. Must demonstrate outstanding community service. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must have an ACT score of 20 or higher.
