About the Scholarship

Kentucky Go Higher Grant is authorized by the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority. The establishment is a public corporation and legislative agency and instrumentality of the Commonwealth set up in 1966 to improve understudies' access to higher education. 

This program gives a need-based financial guide to Kentucky occupant college understudies who are 24 years or more who are intending to attend an eligible postsecondary organization in Kentucky.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be a Kentucky resident.

  • The applicant must be a U.S. citizen, national or permanent resident.

  • The applicant must be 24 or older.

  • The applicant must have a financial need.

  • The applicant must enroll in a participating Kentucky school less than half-time.

  • The applicant must have no past due financial obligations to KHEAA or to any Title IV program.

  • The applicant must be seeking the first undergraduate degree.
