About the Scholarship

This award is available for U.S. high school seniors who are residents of and plan to attend college in Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Vermont or Washington, D.C. Students must be legally blind and registered with the State Commission for the Blind. Application requirements for the Lighthouse International College-Bound Award are:Personal statement Application form Recommendation letters (2) Official Transcript
