This scholarship is open to U.S. college freshmen who are of American Indian or Alaskan Native descent and are enrolled in a tribal college/university. Students must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher, and must have been the valedictorian or salutatorian of their high school class. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be registered as a member of a federal or state recognized tribe, OR be a descendant of at least one grandparent or parent who is an enrolled tribal member. (Alaska Natives may use Native Corporation membership.) Must be enrolled full time. Must be a current college freshman. Must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. Must have been the valedictorian or salutatorian of his/her high school graduating class. Must attend a tribal college/university (TCU).
