About the Scholarship

The Linda Craig Memorial Scholarship Program is an annual program that awards undergraduate students currently enrolled in an accredited Indiana institution with an academic major in medicine, sports medicine, physical therapy, and/or other related fields. Eligibility Criteria

Must be currently enrolled in good standing in an undergraduate college program, and must have at least one grading period (semester, quarter) completed. Must have a declared major in medicine, sports medicine and/or physical therapy. Must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
