About the Scholarship
Margaret E. Oser Foundation Scholarship is awarded by Orange County Community Foundation. OCCF was established in the year 1989. Since its existance foundation has been granting funds to dreamers and doers motivated by their passion for a wide range of causes and issues.
How to apply for Margaret E. Oser Foundation Scholarship
Applicants must have completed their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application.
Must have completed 12 units or more of academic work within the previous two semesters that are transferrable to the California college or university systems.
- The applicant must have identified a possible educational focus and obtained two written recommendations
Margaret E. Oser Foundation Scholarship amounts to
The scholarship provides upto $5000 annually, depending upon the students financial needs, tuition cost etc.
- Scholarships are renewed based on the students financial dependancy and to those who maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
A monthly stipend is granted by this scholarship to womens with high academic achivements and financial need.
The applicants must submit their scholarship form by the end of March 15, 2020.
Students must file the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) by the deadline date
The applicants must be recently or currently enrolled at an accredited Orange County, CA community
Minimum GPA of 3.0 in the transferable coursework
Have identified a possible educational focus and have obtained 2 written recommendations, at least one of which is from an instructor in that field
Student must demonstrate an ability and intent to earn a Bachelor’s degree as a full-time student if selected for this program
