Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of Michigan since July 1 of the previous calendar year. Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or an approved refugee (according to federal regulations). Must enroll at least half time. Must attend an approved independent, degree-granting Michigan postsecondary institution. Must not be pursuing a degree in theology, divinity, or religious education.
