Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate and graduate award. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must plan to study or be studying in Hawaii. Must be of African-American descent. Must plan to attend an accredited two- or four-year college or university as a full-time student (12 credits per semester for undergraduate; 9 credits per semester for graduate).
