This award is available for U.S students who are members of the U.S. Armed Forces or commissioned officers in the U.S. Public Health Service, and their spouse or child. Applicants must be attending a public college or university in Texas as a non-resident student. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a member, or the spouse or child of a member, of the U.S. Armed Forces or commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service. Must attend or plan to attend a Texas public college or university. Must be a high school senior or current college student.
