About the Scholarship

This award is available to Mississippi high school seniors/graduates who enroll as undergraduates at an eligible Mississippi college/university. Students must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher, and an ACT score of 29 or higher or SAT score of 1280 or higher or be a National Merit/Achievement Finalist or Semi-Finalist. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must have been a resident of Mississippi for one year prior to high school/home school completion. Must plan to enroll at an eligible Mississippi college or university. A list of the eligible colleges is available on the MOSFA website. Must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Must plan to enroll full time (12 hours per semester or 9 hours per trimester). Must be a graduating high school or home school senior OR have graduated from high/home school within the previous three years. Students must submit the application during their final year of school or before the expiration of the third school year succeeding the year of his/her high school graduation. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
