About the Scholarship
Aquinas College is continuously assessing each student’s ability to contribute to his or her education to help them pay without any financial burden. Financial aid is awarding the Aquinas College Transfer Honors Scholarship to assist those students who do not have enough resources to meet their educational expenses on their own. Students in order to achieve a liberal arts education, various federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs, are established.
The scholarship is applied to the traditional-age students who transfer from college with a cumulative grade point average specified by the financial aid division of Aquinas college. In addition to that, applicants must also demonstrate their great economical burden in the view of pursuing academic study. Students must show satisfactory academic progress in order to receive this award.
How to Apply for Scholarship?
In order to apply for this scholarship, an applicant must fill and submit a FAFSA application form before October 1st to determine the financial need and position of a student.
A student must clearly provide the information in the FAFSA application. Based on the information provided in the FAFSA, the student will be assisted.
In addition to FAFSA form, an applicant must provide official documents and SAT/ACT scorecards.
To demonstrate the academic GPA mentioned by the financial aid, a student needs to submit the official transcripts of ACT/SAT scorecards.
Award Amount and Deadline:
The scholarship is funding $13000 to all the students who demonstrate the need for financial assistance. It depends on the total number of applications received every year. The funds provided are renewable up to two additional years of student's academic study who maintains the minimum cumulative GPA.

A student should maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher as specified by the financial aid of Aquinas College to be eligible for the scholarship.
A student should study at Aquinas College and be a legally recognized United States Citizen.
The scholarship is only applicable for traditional-age students.
To avail the scholarship benefits, a student must attend a recognized university and be in any UG program.
