About the Scholarship

National Beta Club Scholarship is sponsored by National Beta Club, the scholars for this scholarship are nominated based on a number of factors with special emphasis placed upon academic excellence, demonstrated leadership, character, school/community service and participation in National Beta Club activities. In order to be the recipient of this scholarship, an applicant must be 12th grade Senior Beta members to complete an application that outlines his/her academic successes, future plans, National Beta activities including service projects and hours completed, and activities performed outside of National Beta.


How to Apply for Scholarship?

  • Students interested in applying this scholarship program must complete the online application form. Applications are available online and will be accepted beginning Nov. 1.

  • As part of the application process, the applicant must submit his/her SAT or ACT scores and an application fee of $10.

  • You are required to submit your high school transcript and your ACT or SAT scores. Copies of these documents must be uploaded directly into your application.

  • Beta members selected as semifinalists and are required to submit additional materials such as essays and letters of recommendation. 

  • The applicant's documentation will be verified for authenticity. No "super scored" scores will be accepted.


Award Amount and Deadline:

The scholarship award amounts to $1,000 to $20,000 annually, and it is non-renewable.

The last date to apply for this scholarship is to 20th March 2020. All applicants are hereby informed that they need to submit all the above-mentioned scholarship related documents on or before the deadline date.


Eligibility Criteria

  • An applicant must be a high school senior at the time of application.

  • A recipient must be a U.S. citizen.

  • A student must be registered with National Beta Headquarters as of June 30 of the year before the application deadline.

  • An applicant must plan to enroll full time at an accredited college or university.
