This scholarship is available for international and U.S. undergraduate students who plan to attend Carl Albert State College in Oklahoma. This award is for international and U.S. students. Must attend or plan to attend Carl Albert State College (CASC) in Oklahoma. Must be a twin whose twin sibling is also attending CASC. Must be a high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate or graduate award. Please note: Priority will be given to incoming freshmen.
