The scholarship is awarded by the Carl Albert State College. CASC has been voted the best community college in Oklahoma. Their main campus is in Poteau. The main campus offers residential living opportunities. They have Viking athletics, which include baseball, softball, men's and women's cross country, and E-Sports. CASC offers day, evening and online courses to fit your busy schedule. Their development foundation forwards the information on all eligible applicants to the donor of the scholarship, and then the donor selects the candidate and notifies CASC. This grant was established by family and friends of Paulo Nieto, a twin.
The applicant should complete the application which can be found on the CASC site or the CASC Financial Aid Office.
Along with the application, the applicant should also submit academic transcripts, ACT/SAT scores, a resume, and FAFSA.
In the award, each twin will receive $200 per semester.
It's non-renewable. The students can reapply each semester.
The number of awards offered varies each year.
The deadline date is set for February 9
Students must be a twin.
A student must demonstrate financial need.
