About the Scholarship

U.S. students who are residents of the Portland, Oregon Quad-County area (Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington or Columbia counties) or Clark County, Washington and plan to pursue or are pursuing studies beyond the secondary level are eligible for this scholarship. Students must self-identify as or be the child of a gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgendered person. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be self-identified as or be the child of a gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgendered person. Must be a resident of the Portland, Oregon Quad-County area (Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington or Columbia counties) or Clark County, Washington for a minimum of one year prior to submitting an application. Must be a U.S. citizen.
