About the Scholarship
This scholarship is open to U.S. students pursuing a certificate or associate's degree in dental hygiene who have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Applicants must be student or professional members of the ADHA and be attending schools with an active chapter of the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must have completed a minimum of one year in a certificate or associate's degree dental hygiene curriculum prior to receiving this scholarship. Students entering their first year of a dental hygiene program are not eligible; students who are in the process of completing their first year at time of application may apply. Must be a full-time student. Must have a cumulative dental hygiene grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Must be a student or professional member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA).
