About the Scholarship

U.S. students who are enrolled in a community college film, television, cinema, or theater program and have completed at least 12 credits in their program are eligible for this award. Students must reside and attend school in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, or Ventura counties. Application requirements for the Stephen L. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must have completed 12 or more credit hours in his/her program. Must enroll full time. Must reside in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, or Ventura counties in California. Must be enrolled in a film/television/cinema/theater program and be preparing for a career in film, television, or theater production. Please note: Students cannot be planning to have a career in acting.
