About the Scholarship
High school students attending prom are awarded scholarship prizes through the Stuck At Prom Scholarship Contest to the best student who makes and wears prom attires made of Duct Brand duct tape.
The scholarship is awarded to the winners of the contest on the basis of online voting. The contest winners in different positions are chosen according to the number of votes they get.
The scholarship contest is conducted by the Duct Tape Brand scholarship committee.
Stuck At Prom Scholarship Contest Awards
The scholarship is conducted as a contest and therefore, the students are awarded amount according to their prize position.
Scholarships worth $20000 are provided to students by the organization.
The students who make the best prom dress and tux gets an amount of $10000 each.
The runner up prizes worth $500 and $100 worth Duct Brand Prize Pack are given to 4 students from the Dress and Tux category each.
Stuck At Prom Scholarship Contest Application
High school students are eligible to apply for the scholarship basis on the basis of the criteria as per given by the sponsor. The students who make and wear the best prom attires in the Dress and Tux category and selected as winners. The outfit must be created following the guidelines and rules as given.
The following are the important documents that must be submitted to the sponsoring organization in order to be considered:
The entry form that is available on the official website of the scholarship must be completed with accurate information.
1 to 5 high definition images of the prom attire created using the duct tape.
The personal and contact information of the entrant of the contest.
A detailed essay or video based on the making of the entire outfit based on the instructions as in the entry form.
The photographer release form from the professional photographer associated with.
The students must agree to the terms and conditions of the sponsor and follow the rules while entering the contest. The students are expected to submit the entry form and the important documents online on the official website of the scholarship contest.
Stuck At Prom Scholarship Contest Application Deadline
The entries must be made to the sponsors before 9th July. The scholarship program application commences on 1st April. The entrants of the scholarship contest are expected to submit the entry form along with the supporting documents before the deadline without fail.
The applicant should be a resident of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions (excluding Maryland, Vermont, and Colorado) and Canada (excluding Quebec).
The student should be at least 14 years old or older.
The applicant must plan to attend a high school prom this spring.
