This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be entering or continuing school in an accredited institution in order to learn a marketable skill which will lead to economic independence. Must be a female. Must be a single parent. Must reside in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, or Ventura counties in California.
