In 2006, Ted was inducted into the University of Kentucky College Public Health Hall of Fame and also very active in the Kentucky Public Health Association (KPHA). This scholarship will be administered by KPHA and the amount will be based upon funds raised by KPHA and matched by UKCPH not to exceed $10,000 each calendar year. Eligibility Criteria
