About the Scholarship
The scholarship is awarded by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. This grant is to provide assistance for tuition for students from other nations in the Western Hemisphere, except for Cuba.
How to apply for the scholarship?
The student should collect the application from the financial aid offices or the international student affairs office of participating colleges and universities in Texas.
Students should apply directly through one of the participating institutions
Even recommendation letters are required. The application and the recommendation letters should be submitted by March 15
How much the scholarship award amounts to?
The award covers the cost of one year of tuition (fall, spring, and summer) and is non-renewable. Students may reapply.
The deadline date is March 15
The applicant must be an undergraduate student or graduate student.
Applicant must attend a university, a four-year college or two-year college.
The applicant must be a Canada or International Citizenship required.
An applicant of both full-time and part-time students.
Application restricted to students studying in Texas.
