Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 5.0 scale. Must be a legal resident of the state of Illinois. Must have 30 college credit hours or more completed at time of application. Must enroll full time. Must be pursuing a degree with an emphasis in real estate.
