About the Scholarship
This "UA Chancellors Scholarships" is only for those U.S undergraduate students. This scholarship is organised by the organization 'University of Arkansas'. The goal of this scholarship is to support the university's mission of recruiting and retaining high-achieving students who enrich and diversify the academic environment of the University of Arkansas.
How to apply for the scholarship?
Applications are available on the official website 'University of Arkansas' and all the applicants must access the online application in order to apply for this scholarship.
- A student must submit an academic resume.
- Applicant must have to submit FAFSA certificate.
A student must submit the Official scorecards of ACT/SAT to demonstrate the completion of the graduation semester as well as academic performance.
A student must also submit an official transcript with the score.
- He/she has to submit the list of five works he/she has read this year.
In addition to that applicant must write and submit and a two-page essay.
All the official transcripts and documents must be sent as PDF files.
The awarded amount for the scholarship:
The amount awarded for this scholarship is $8,000 to$10,000 per year and is renewable up to three additional years and upto four additional years for architecture and MAT students. The number of awards given to the eligible candidates is ten.
Deadline for the scholarship:
The deadline for this scholarship is the 1st of February.
The applicant should attend a college or university in Arkansas.
He/she should be a high school senior.
He/she must be planning to attend the University of Arkansas.
He/she must have a grade point average of 3.75 or higher.
He/she should have an SAT score of 1240 or higher OR an ACT score of 28 or higher.
