Eligibility Criteria

This award is for international students. Must be a British citizen. Must be a resident of the United Kingdom. Must plan to enroll full time. Must plan to attend the University of Pennsylvania. Must be qualified to pursue a graduate degree at time of application. Post-doctoral students are eligible if the subject to be studied is different from his/her current degree.
