Eligibility Criteria
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. This award is for U.S. students. Must be of Asian Pacific Island/Pan-Asian American heritage. This refers to having an ethnic background from the following countries: Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand. Must have a grade point average of 3.3 or higher. Must be 16 years of age or older at time of application. Must be a high school senior. Must be involved in community service and demonstrate leadership in extracurricular activities.
