Admissions to St. Thomas University

Admission Requirements for Master of Science (M.S.) in Educational Leadership

  • Completion of the application form.

  • Official transcripts from the previous institution where Bachelor's degree was earned.

  • 2 letters of recommendation and a resume.

  • A personal statement

  • If the candidate's undergraduate GPA is less than 3.0, an essay should be submitted.

  • Applicants must have completed 12 hours of graduate credits from an accredited university to be eligible for transfer admission.


Admission requirements for Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation

  • Completion of the application form.

  • A master's degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

  • Official transcripts from all institutions attended.

  • 2 letters of recommendation and a resume.

  • A sample of applicant’s genuine scholar writing from graduate level work to get access to the skills of an applicant in scholar writing.

  • For transfer admission, applicant's must have complete 6 courses (18 credits) in a second master program or any other advanced credential.
