Aveda Institute is a Cosmetology Esthetician and Massage Therapy School that first opened its door in 1977 in Minneapolis, Minnesota and was founded by Horst Rechelbacher. The mission of the Aveda Institute is to care for the world we live, from their products and give it back to society. They strive at setting an example for environmental leadership and responsibility. It strives at developing the students professionally, creatively and personally.

We live in a world where fashion, beauty, and technology are intertwined. The institute has played a significant role in discovering top talent in the fashion industry and the world has since then witnessed the masterpieces of the Aveda Alumni.
