Boise State University is a Public University with a metropolitan campus located in Boise, along the banks of the Boise River.

The university was founded in 1932, with just 70 students, 8 full time and 6 part-time faculty. Now, it has more than 26,270 students offered with around 200 programs. Programs include 68 Master’s, 93 Bachelor’s, 29 Graduate Certificate, and 14 Doctoral programs. Boise State has the nation’s only master’s degree in Raptor Biology.
