City Vision University follows a simple application and admission process that includes a total of 4 steps, which are as follows: Step 1 in the application and admission process: Submitting the application The first step in CVU's admission procedure is applying to the university. To apply to the university, interested candidates can either call the university at (816) 960-2008 or do it through online mode to secure admission. Alternatively, they can also directly visit the university's admissions office at All programs offered completely via Distance education. Otherwise, they can contact City Vision University's admissions office by phone in order to take admission. Step 2 to the application and admission process: Acceptance by CVU The applicant would be required to submit necessary documents to receive an admission decision once they have submitted the form and deposited the enrollment fee. For City Vision University, applicants will have to submit the following documents: Essay: Also known as a personal statement, the essay provides the applicant with an opportunity in a unique way to showcase their achievements and personality. Personal experience and anecdotes of the applicant can also be included. Transcripts: Applicants must also submit high-school and university transcripts for the evaluation process. They can submit the same through Parchment (or similar platforms). Official Test Scores: By submitting these official scores, the applicant can avail of a better chance of securing a seat at City Vision University. Once the university finishes looking into applications, additional documents or information might be requested. Step 3 involves confirmation of attendance As part of the Step 3 in the admission process, the candidates must confirm their attendance to City Vision University. They will also be required to select their housing as well as complete their Financial Check-In process. This step essentially involves reviewing and verifying the summary of Accounts and Financial Aid (scholarships, fees, and tuition costs), choosing a lodging option, selecting a payment plan, and making the first payment, too. Apart from that, candidates are also required to complete the Math and English assessments, before proceeding to register for classes. Step 4 includes registration for classes Once all the processes mentioned above are completed, the candidates will be required to register for courses.

Early applicants (early action, early decision, or single-choice early action) generally need to get their applications in November which varies for different universities. In the due course of scrutinizing applications, the varsity also considers various factors to make error-less decisions. Fall applications, which are rather preferred by the students, start in September and usually go on till April. Though the final deadline is in April, a deadline has been set in September as well. As the varsity also provides scholarships, those students who wish to be considered for such grants must apply by September, i.e., before the April-deadline, so that the scrutinizing processes can be carried out properly.
