College of Southern Idaho follows a simple application and admission process involving a total of 4 steps that are as follows: Step 1 in the application and admission process: Submitting the application The first step which a candidate is required to make for admission at College of Southern Idaho is applying to the university. Interested candidates can either apply online or by calling the college at (208) 733-9554. Alternatively, they can also directly visit the university's admissions office at 315 Falls Ave., Twin Falls, Idaho 83301. They can contact the College of Southern Idaho admissions office by phone as well. Step 2 to the application and admission process: Acceptance by CSI It should be noted by the candidates that submitting ACT and SAT scores is recommended but not mandatory at College of Southern Idaho. Further, after submitting the form and depositing the enrollment fee, to receive their admission decision, students are required to submit the following documents: Essay: Also known as the personal statement, the essay submitted by an applicant offers them a unique way to showcase their achievements and personality. It is advised that applicants include personal experiences and anecdotes as well. Transcripts: Submitting the necessary high-school and college transcripts is an important part of the evaluation process. An applicant can use Parchment (or similar platforms) to submit the same. Official Test Scores: As mentioned above, submitting SAT and ACT scores at CSI is not mandatory and not all students submit them. Moreover, by submitting these official scores, a candidate can make a stronger claim for securing a seat at College of Southern Idaho. However, additional documents or information may be requested once the applications are reviewed. In Step 3, the candidate needs to confirm their attendance As part of the Step 3 in the admission process, the candidates must confirm their attendance to College of Southern Idaho. The candidates will be required to complete their Financial Check-In process and select their housing, too. These processes include reviewing and verifying the summary of Accounts and Financial Aid (scholarships, fees, and tuition costs), choosing a lodging option, selecting a payment plan, and making the first payment as well. Before proceeding to register for classes, candidates also have to complete the Math and English assessments. In Step 4, candidates need to register for classes Once all the processes mentioned above are completed, the candidates will be required to register for courses.

The application deadline of the college depends on several factors. Fall applications, most popular among students, usually start from September and might go on till April.
