Fullerton College is a large, established California community college in the northern reaches of Orange County—a transfer powerhouse with explicit pathways to UC and Cal State schools. The student body is incredibly diverse, both ethnically and economically. Class sizes in lower-division courses can be large, but upper-level courses and programs like nursing are more contained.

The campus is modern and well-maintained. Transfer agreements are tight and well-publicized; thousands of students successfully move to four-year universities from here. Fullerton itself is suburban and affordable by Orange County standards.

If your plan is community college to university transfer, and you want a college that's built for exactly that mission, Fullerton works. Strong academics, real student support, and a realistic price tag.

Rankings

It becomes easier for the aspirants to apply to a college and have their doubts regarding the same cleared if the college has a ranking. When it comes to the ranking of a college or any educational institution, the more information a student has, the better. The ranking of a college helps a student in many ways. It helps them overcome the confusion of which university/college is good for them and also other prospects. Before taking admission, a student assesses their chosen college on various factors like research excellence, the performance of its students after graduation, and their experience, among others. Notably, for the rankings, the two publications, US News and Forbes, are trusted everywhere. However, it is to be noted that Fullerton College does not feature in the list of top colleges, according to the latest ranking by these two publications.
