The foundation of National University of Health Sciences was laid down in the year 1906. Keeping the pursuit of research, innovation, and excellence at the center, National University of Health Sciences has been imparting quality education to its students. The motto of the varsity is Esse Quam Videri and its official colors are maroon and goldenrod. In addition to over 70 undergraduate students, NUHS also boasts of over 616 students in its postgraduate courses, taking the total enrollment to over 686. The school has an academic staff of 114 who teach various courses to the students. Around 70% of the students are 25 and over at National University of Health Sciences.
