The Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology (TCAT), Morristown is a non-profit private college operated by the Tennessee Board of Regents system, with twenty-seven different campuses located throughout the region of Tennessee.

Jerry S. Young began working as the new president for the Tennessee College of Applied Technology Morristown on May 1. During his three-year tenure as President, the school's enrollment increased by over 30% as well as maintained an 85% completion rate and an 85% placement rate. The Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology are governed by the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) system.
