Touro University Nevada which is a private, Jewish university, is located in Henderson, Nevada. Touro College and University System is the parent institution of the Touro University Nevada. In 2004, Touro University Nevada was founded. The motto of Touro University Nevada is To Serve, To Lead, To Teach. This defines the north star being chased by both the students and the administrators. In addition to over 66 undergraduate students, TUN also boasts of over 1,464 students in its postgraduate courses, taking the total enrollment to over 1,378 (60 undergraduate). The school has a total of 60 full-time 112 part-time academic staff. These faculty teach different courses to the students. Interestingly, Touro University Nevada has an ethnically diverse student population. At TUN around 50% are white, 17% are Asian, and 17% belong to Hispanic ethnicity. And, at the university, around 100% of the students are 25 and over. When it comes to gender distribution at the varsity, around 83% of the students are females and 17% are males.
