About Malone University

Malone University is a private not-for-profit, liberal arts institution that was established on March 17, 1892, as Bible institute called Cleveland Bible College and is located in Canton, Ohio, United States. In the year 1897, the institution moved to their new campus at 3219 Cedar Avenue, Cleveland. In the year 1937, the college name changed again and in 1948, the college was a Charter member of the Accrediting Association of Bible Institute and Bible Colleges.

In the year 1956, the name changed again to Malone College and decided to move to Canton and expand their curriculum and include liberal arts and teacher education. As years passed and the college made many changes, in 1990, the college was approved by the North Central Association for Master of Arts in Education program. It got its university status due to rapid developments. 

The university has around 1,600 students from around the world for the different programs offered by them. It strives to provide students with an education that is based on biblical faith in order to develop students with intellectual maturity and instill in them the Christian faith and values.
