About the Scholarship

Illinois women who attend an Illinois institution and plan to sit for the CPA exam within three years are eligible for this award. Students must be college seniors or graduate students and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Application requirements for the Advancing Women in Accounting Scholarship are:Essays (2 req. 1 opt.) Recommendation letters (2) Application form Official Transcript

Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must enroll as a college senior or graduate student in the upcoming academic year. The applicant must be a non-CPA. Must be a resident of Illinois. Must attend an Illinois institution. Must be a woman.
