About the Scholarship

Arcadia University provides integrated, liberal arts and professional learning experience to cultivate leaders who are intellectually fearless and uniquely prepared for life and work.

This scholarship opportunity is given to the students who have completed at least a one-semester study at Arcadia University. A student must demonstrate leadership ability, community involvement and high economic need to avail of this scholarship fund. In addition to that, a student must maintain the minimum GPA specified by the university.


How to apply for this scholarship?

  • A student must apply for FSA ID which serves as his/her e-signature on FAFSA application form.

  • In addition to that, an applicant must fill and submit a FAFSA application form, which demonstrates an applicant's financial position.

  • During the submission of the FAFSA application, a student should select the IRS Data Retrieval option so that his/her FAFSA can be updated automatically with 2017 federal tax figures.

  • Also, a student must complete the Arcadia Financial Aid Application for Undergraduate Students and submit it to the financial aid department before the deadline.


Award Amount and Deadline:

The University is funding $300 to $3000 per academic year. The average fund amount is $800 and it is renewable. The total number of awards offered varies and depends on the application received for the current year.

The financial aid division of Arcadia University has fixed the deadline on 1st April 2019, hence all applicants need to apply for this scholarship on or before the specified deadline.


Eligibility Criteria

  • A student should be a full-time undergraduate student and be a citizen of the United States.

  •  A student should have completed at least one semester of study at Arcadia University.  

  • Students must have a financial need to avail the award.

  • A student should show involvement and leadership abilities on campus and have a minimum cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0.
